it's my second day at work on the third day of this job attatchment prog (i was at jubilate prac ystrday)
okok.. D was not feeling well so she left halfway.
we saw courtroom 'action'
there really wasn't much action at all.. alot of talking but no fighting..
no arguing..
): what a bad time to go for attatchment when there is no nice case to attend.. I will never see high court, unless i do smthg stupid la.
oh wells, at least today i went to subordinate court and stepped into a REAL courtroom..
WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON TV PROGS LYK ALLY MC BEAL blah blah..
for one it is alot smaller.. seats are lower.. room is dimmer.. and colder.. and there is no hammer thing that the jury bangs around..
but still cool.
i went family and juvinille court too.. for some admin stuff only. so nothing much.
we read a case file again.. v interesting.. abt a flooded condo and we get to write this complaint letter to the management.. blah blah.. haha.. my first try at being a REAL lawyer.. not too bad.
tmr will be my last day. as there is nothing to do on fri anyway. and D isn't coming tmr. meaning i have totally no picture with her in the office! argh- i am so bringing my camera tmr even if i am not taking with d.
oh! i had a blister from wearing the dumb court shoes. )): urgh-
i saw audrey at the station when i was going home today. so ciao.
i saw mag at the bus stop. extra ciao.
